The items below will help you determine the approximate cost of holding your wedding/reception/photo shoot at The Pillar Inn. We offer wedding packages but we want to work with you to make sure your day is special and unique, so please contact us for more details and information and ideas of how your day can be the perfect day at The Pillar Inn!

RATES FOR WEDDINGS
K.I.S.S PACKAGE
(Keep It Simple Sweetie!)
- Use of The Pillar Inn, (indoors or out), for one hour.
- Seasonal small bouquet for the bride
- Keepsake toasting glasses with complimentary wedding toast of champagne or sparkling wine
- $10 per each additional guest (up to 10 persons including bride and groom)
$225, including tax
JUST THE TWO OF US PACKAGE
- Use of The Pillar Inn, (indoors or out), for one hour
- Seasonal small bouquet for the bride, boutonniere for groom
- Keepsake toasting glasses with complimentary wedding toast of champagne or sparkling wine
- $10 per each additional guest (up to 10 persons including bride and groom)
- Mini wedding cake
- One night stay in Grand Suite, including full breakfast served in your room the next morning
- (If Grand Suite is not available, or another room is preferred, rate will be adjusted)
$500, including tax
SIMPLE ELEGANCE PACKAGE
$150 per hour, plus tax, for your intimate wedding ceremony. A minimum of 3 hours rental is required. The ceremony can be held on the lawn of The Pillar Inn, or inside in front of our fireplace. The maximum number of people we can comfortably accommodate for an outdoor ceremony is approximately 50 people. Inside, the living room can comfortably seat approximately 30 people. The hourly rate includes using grounds for photos inside (first floor only), and outside. Decorations of white ribbon and tulle on the front porch are included (seasonal). Chair rental extra, if needed.
PHOTO SESSION ONLY
Our gardens and gazebo, along with the beautiful historic home, make a memorable backdrop for your wedding day photos.
Outdoor photos only: $50 for 1 hour maximum
Indoor photos only: $50 for 1 hour maximum
Outdoor and indoor photos: $100 for 1 hour maximum
Please remove any items brought in to house or on grounds. Use of the guest rooms is not allowed, unless they are reserved in advance.
RECEPTION ONLY
$150 per hour, plus tax, for your intimate wedding reception. A minimum of 3 hours rental is required. Maximum 50 guests outdoors. Maximum 30 guests indoors, and for a sit-down reception, (maximum 20 guests) will be seated in two or three rooms. Your food must be catered in. The Pillar Inn will be happy to suggest caterers. Receptions that extend beyond 7pm will require the rental of all 3 guest rooms at The Pillar Inn. A maximum of 2 people may stay in each of the 3 guest rooms.
THE FINE PRINT
Custom decorating will be at an additional charge, as will optional tent rental. Use of the guest rooms is not allowed unless they have been reserved in advance. You will provide minister/justice of the peace, flowers, music, etc. See our wedding vendor list below for vendors that have worked with The Pillar Inn and bridal couples. If you need assistance with any of this, The Pillar Inn will be happy to assist you for a pre-arranged fee.
The Pillar Inn will be happy to work with you to create a custom package for your wedding day. Please contact us with your ideas and questions by calling 320-685-3828, or sending an email to thepillarinn@Hotmail.com. We encourage you to visit The Pillar Inn prior to booking your special event. To reserve The Pillar Inn for a wedding/reception/photo shoot, a deposit of 1/2 the total amount is required, along with a signed contract stating the rules and details for your event, and is nonrefundable. Full payment for an event is required 60 days prior to the event. Cancellation of the event must occur at least 7 days prior to scheduled date, or the total amount will be retained by The Pillar Inn. Prices are subject to change. All rates are subject to 6.875% Minnesota sales tax.
