Check-in
One of the likely reasons you have chosen to stay at The Pillar Inn is that you are looking for something other than a traditional hotel. Please note that we do not have a 24-hour front desk and we, much like you, come and go to take care of personal business, go out to dinner and enjoy time with friends. We do want you to have an exceptional experience here at The Pillar Inn, and we very much want to be here when you arrive.
Check in is between 230P and 430P. Other check-in times are available. Please indicate your arrival time when making your reservation. If your plans change, and you anticipate being significantly early or late for your scheduled arrival time, please call us to advise an updated time.
We are happy to accommodate your special travel plans. For early arrivals we are always able to take your luggage and coordinate a time when you may return to check-in to your guest room. For wedding couples, a pre-arranged early check-in can be set up.
Guests checking out prior to 9am will have a continental breakfast made available to them.
Our "official" check-out time is 11:00 am. In our busiest seasons we have to hold to this most of the time. In many cases, particularly in slower seasons, we may be able to offer you a later check-out time. Just ask.

For the comfort of our guests, smoking, pets, and candles are not allowed. Children are welcome with prior arrangement. Parking is available. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Personal Checks. Room rates subject to change. All rates subject to sales tax.

For guest room reservations only, a credit card number is required to hold the reservation, or, if paying by check, one night's reserved room rate, plus tax, must be sent within 7 days of making reservation. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days to 8 days prior to arrival will result in a $25 charge to credit card, or refund of check sent, less $25. Cancellations of 7 days or less prior to arrival will result in a $50 charge to credit card, or refund of check sent, less $50. No shows will be charged for a one night stay of room reserved, plus tax, and customers paying by check will receive no refund.
All guest rooms have private bathrooms flat screen TV's, plus bathrobes, hairdryers, air conditioning, and free wireless internet access. As always, breakfast is included in the rate.

We can make your special night even better by having thoughtful little extras waiting in your room. Options include flowers, chocolates, non-alcoholic sparking wine, meat and cheese tray, a basket of goodies, or any other ideas you may have.
